Friday, March 2, 2012 is examined by the Chamber of Deputies Article 11 on the distribution of medicines contained in the Liberalisation Decree.

Parapharmacies and other practices provided by law 248/2006 will be authorized to sell veterinary medicines, both without prescription and those with medical prescription.

Sale in these practices is excluded for the medicines referred to in article 45 of the consolidated act under Presidential Decree 309/1990 (narcotic and psychotropic substances).

The regulation was approved in the Senate, where the government has given confidence and passes to the Chamber of Deputies.
